First impressions are everything. KRW Electric Company was referred to me by Home Depot Pro Referral. I received a message from Kyle within minutes of being matched. We connected the next day as promised and we made arrangements for the diagnostic and/or repair the same day. He was on time. Although he was not immediately able to replace my fans (I needed to purchase same) we agreed to other electrical projects. Specifically, we agreed to install a new exterior light, replace a bathroom sensor light switch, fix an exterior light switch and replace an interior light. Kyle of KRW Electric did a fantastic job for me and I can’t say enough good things about him! Not only did he hang a ceiling fan for me but he had to re wire all of the work that the previous contractor had done. He also re did all of my ceiling lights (which was quite a difficult and time consuming job to do). He carefully covered all of my furniture with plastic sheets, and even got on his hands and knees cleaning up after himself. I can’t possibly say more good things about Kyle White. I had an emergency where a 1930 vintage chandelier fell from the ceiling and was hanging by its wire and I called him while standing on a ladder holding it to keep it from crashing down. Talk about last minute and he was able to juggle his schedule and come, fix it and attach it to the ceiling. He saved me and the chandelier. I couldn’t recommend him more!!
